A group of professionals sharing the same vision about social responsibility set up The Social Incubator in Romania almost 6 years ago, to increase the chances for social and professional integration of the vulnerable youth. Psychologists, vocational counsellors, trainers, along with ambassadors, mentors and volunteers bring support to the youth in their quest for self knowledge, finding their vocation and fulfil their potential.

Stefan-Ionut Pascu is President of Social Incubator.
He has 16 years of leadership and program management experience at a global strategy consulting firm and as the Director for Digital Transformation at a leading telecommunications company. He is a Harvard Business School – Program for Leadership Development (PLD) graduate and has personally led several social entrepreneurship initiatives
