Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax, or e-mail to UVM Conference and Event Services. Cancellations postmarked by June 15th, will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after June 15th. Substitutions will be accepted. Below is the information you will need in order to send in your written notice.
